Nedra 'Neki' Garrett

OWNER & MANAGING ATTORNEY

Nedra, commonly referred to by her nickname Neki, has been practicing law since 2002. Her areas of legal experience include environmental litigation, probate, intellectual property, real estate and business formation. She received her education from The University of Alabama (B.S. in Business Administration), University of Alabama at Birmingham (M.B.A. in Management) and Cumberland School of Law (J.D.). Neki formed McClinton Garrett & Associates, LLC in 2014, with a desire to promote economic and business empowerment in others. She is married to award winning entertainer, Alvin Garrett and they live in the Birmingham area with their two beautiful children.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

Emily has been managing the operations of MGA since its inception. Her experience includes support in the areas of franchise law, real estate, business formation, and estate planning. She is a great asset to the firm and serves as the point of contact to our clients and business partners. Emily is a graduate of Furman University (B.A. English). Emily resides in Birmingham area with her husband, Wes and their two adorable children.
